Shakarim University is a modern educational, methodological, scientific and cultural center of the north-eastern region of Kazakhstan. Shakarim University is a university formed on the basis of pedagogical, zoo-veterinary, financial, economic and technological institutes. Shakarim University is a multidisciplinary university with a wealth of experience. Shakarim University - more than 5 thousand students, undergraduates and doctoral students study at 8 faculties in 60 undergraduate specialties, 2 higher special education specialties, 39 magistracy specialties and 6 PhD doctoral specialties. Shakarim University is a highly-demanded highly qualified teaching staff, numbering more than 1300 teachers and employees, including 13 academicians and corresponding members of international and republican academies, 37 doctors of sciences, professors, 200 candidates of sciences, associate professors, 151 undergraduates.
