In 1994, at the initiative of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor M. S. The legitimate right of KazAtiso to provide educational services was regulated by the perpetual state license of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 0000147 AA. The first rector of KazAtiso was M. S. An evening department and a Faculty of Oriental Studies with Arabic, Turkish and Japanese departments will be opened. The Ural branch of KazAtiso (UV ATiSO) was founded, which provides training at 4 faculties: economics, International economics, law and Oriental Studies.
